Cahaba River Trail & Canoe drop

This place is nice if you want to take a walk or jump in the water.I've seen some kids using a rope to jump in. Looked pretty cool. But my family and I enjoyed ourselves

This is a nice quiet place to take a nice walk and check out the river there are nice benches to sit on and picnic tables for a rest or even having a picnic the scenery is so nice. I love just listening to the river and nature.

A modest trail that is partially paved, but full of beautiful foliage. Even past where the trail turns to gravel, there are picnic tables and areas to access the water. There seem to be multiple branches of the trail to wander off on and explore!

We’ve gone here for swimming in the Cahaba and hiking. There is off street parking. The walking trail is pretty easy, with a steep grade to get down to the trail from the parking lot and steep trails to get down to the river. The trail doesn’t offer much of a view of the river, mostly of trees and tons of privet. There are a few picnic tables and trash cans.
