Cahaba River Walk Park

"♿️ Some of this park is accessible to wheelchairs and those with mobility issues. It is paved in a loop and there is a little side nature trail that is not paved but easy enough to get around. A little bridge takes you to a little bench. There are 15 stone stairs with a handrail that I was able to get down to the water, but the last step is steep. Pulling myself up the stairs was much easier. The park is beautiful without going near the water and there is a little nook for picnics that is covered and a huge fenced in dog park. "Very Cool park, a little smaller than what I'm used to, but it's right next to a river with easy access and there's plenty to do if you want to wear your fuzz kids out. Plus there's a dog park there as well, super convenient and lots of parking. Met a few pet owners, super friendly and very responsible with their Fuzz Kids, ALL were on leashes. "Pretty wooded park with great views and access to the Cahaba River. A paved but short looping trail. Has 2 swings, pull-up bars, and a dog park. Also has a pavilion and a memorial bench looking over the Cahaba. The swings are nice but it’s not a “playground”."
