"I visited REI coop at the summit to get some hiking pants. Got help from 2 associates Abby and Claire. Great help locating what I was looking for and what I needed. Shopped around a little and found a few more goodies. Store was clean. Shoe selection small for an REI. Hiking packs, sleeping bags, trekking poles, and clothes. The cycling selection is very limited. My only complaint is that it’s at the Summit. This place is awful and was designed by morons. Traffic patterns were never even a thought designing this place. I come in from Cahaba Heights."

"I have never been to an REI but when I entered I felt immediately welcomed! The store was very clean and well organized making it easy to access! I was helped by many different employees that made their best efforts to help me and my friend get what we needed! Especially the cashier Jace who helped us check out, he was really helpful and kind! I would definitely come again!"

"Excellent selection of all types of gear. Prices always run a bit high in REI but you pay for quality products here. Best to take advantage of the sales and membership deals. Overall great store!"
