"False Advertising & Poor Customer Service We've been loyal customers for 4-5 years, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The listing clearly showed a furnished cabana, yet upon arrival, we found only basic chairs—nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, modifications had been made to the cabanas without any prior notice. Why am I paying this price if the accommodations are not what were promised? "A pretty nice indoor water park, not so big but good enough for kids from 6 months to 8-9 old to have fun. I wouldn’t say older kids because of limited adventurous water rides. "A fun place to bring the kids for an afternoon. Short story: our kids loved it and it was worth it for us. Nothing especially stand out about it, but was perfect for our afternoon trip. Long story: We went on a Thursday afternoon (4pm-8pm). My 5yo and 2.5yo boys loved it. The kiddie pool wasn’t open at first, they said due to short staffing, but after a little bit it opened up and was open until about 7pm. Luckily he did great on the bigger kid area, but it wasn’t busy. If there were a lot of bigger kids running around on it, he might not have done as well with it. There are 4 larger slides: "
