Just had my first splash-tastic adventure at DreamWorks Water Park! 🎢🌊Overall, it was definitely an exciting and fun day packed with lots of slides to conquer! They have a fantastic selection of slides to get your adrenaline pumping! So many different thrills to experience. However, a bit of a bummer – two of the rides were down during our visit. Lazy River Relaxation & My Absolute Fave: The HOT TUB! ♨️ As someone who's perpetually cold, this was an absolute lifesaver. So incredibly nice to warm up and relax in there! Thrill Seekers Beware! 🌊 A Little Too Thrilling for My Face! The thrill slides were definitely a blast! However, a little word of warning: on one of them, a ton of water went straight for my face, and I genuinely couldn't breathe for a few seconds. Scary stuff! Be prepared and maybe try to angle your head! Also, make sure you're a confident swimmer for some of these rides – they can get intense! I was pleasantly surprised by the showers in the locker room! They offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which is a nice touch. However, my shower was a little unlucky – the conditioner dispenser was completely empty. The food options inside the park were… okay. Honestly, I think they could really expand the menu and add some more appealing choices. The current options felt a bit limited. On the bright side, they do have alcohol available, so that's a plus! A Little Spot Check Needed! 🧹 One small thing I noticed that wasn't the greatest was the cleanliness in some areas. I saw some icky stuff on the ground, like fake eyelashes, band-aids, and fake nails, especially going up the stairs to the rides. It would be great if they had staff regularly walking around to keep things tidy. Final verdict: Despite a few minor hiccups (and that face-full of water!), I did have a fun time at DreamWorks Water Park!

We took the kiddies for a special birthday celebration. The slides are great and the place was giant. The place was populated and the temperature inside was warm. The staff were good and the service was even better. The water was clean and the place looked well organized and maintained. Their restrooms and changing rooms were all fantastic. We had a great experience and we are grateful to all the staff working here daily to make sure this place is of standard.

The water rides were great! The water tube coaster, the green funnel ride and the trap door slides were worth it. The wave pool when I was there was split in half, but could definitely tell it's spacious enough to where you don't feel cramped in there with everyone else that's enjoying themselves too. The food was decently priced, but the fries were peak, best they had. The only con I had here was that the slip resistant mats they had HURT so bad to walk on it would almost make you want to walk on the floor, but the floor was also slippery at parts to where that'd be undesirable too. All in all great park though

Attractions (5/5): There is so much variety of things to do! The wave pool is the largest wave pool I've ever been to. The lazy river is long, decorated fun, plenty of inner tubs, lots of waterfalls and sprinklers and it the water was fast moving. Decor (5/5): There is a lot of themed decorations with lots of detail. It's really nice to look at with lots of colors. Food (3/5): There seems to be only one food option in the park. We ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza and three drinks and it cost $35. The pizza was ok. I will say, the line went very quick and the pizza came very fast. Cleanliness (2/5): My biggest criticism is the cleanliness of the wave pool seating area. There was a lot of trash around our seats. The public bathrooms were a complete mess with wet toilet paper and hairs everywhere. Security (5/5): Also, there were young adults vaping in the wave pool area. I reported it and the supervisor said he was waiting for security and would address it.

Everything started out pretty good but ended a disaster. Long story short, I will never visit this establishment again but will most likely go to some of the other parks/activities at the American Dream Mall. We went during spring break and a day that was dedicated for the children ended as a day of hell for everyone in our party. One of the parents purchased swim shoes and goggles for her daughter since they didn’t bring them from home or purchase it on our visit to Walmart. The shoes broke during our visit and they did not want to exchange the shoes or refund her talking about the inventory manager was out on a Monday and would not return until Tuesday. The embarrassment they caused over some $16 shoes ruined the kid’s visit and the experience. Because the parent was not taking no exchange or refund for an answer, Brandon (who claimed to be the guest services manager) had security and two officers called saying that she stole the shoes… when she clearly had a receipt. Anywhere you purchase defective items allow you to exchange or return them. However, they said because the shoes were worn during our stay, they would not do either. We weren’t even there 3 full hours. Don’t offer crappy products and not offer good service when it’s brought to your attention. The amount of money we paid for 5 tickets, a pair of goggles, a pair of swim shoes, a small ssa locker for $25… the price of our lodging, flights to get to and from Jersey JUST for the park and the cost of countless Lyfts/Ubers during our stay again for the WATER PARK and to treat someone as if they stole anything was insane. I do not recommend this water park and I will never return.
