The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark

From the moment we arrived at Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark, the experience was amazing. There was a manager on the floor who greeted us he was extremely informative, answered every question we had with ease, and made us feel immediately comfortable (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely left a great impression). At check-in, I believe her name was Wendy who helped us. She was so soft-spoken, helpful, and kind. I really appreciated her calm demeanor, especially while managing everything so efficiently. It was also great that there was a play area nearby where the kids could stay entertained while I completed the check-in process. As for the waterpark itself, the highlight for both me and my kids was definitely the surfing attraction! Even with a bit of a wait at times, everyone was having such a great time that it didn’t even matter. Our room was very clean and comfortable honestly, no complaints at all. I can’t speak about the food inside the park because it didn’t fit my budget this time around, but overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

I recently stayed at the Kartite Hotel and had an outstanding experience largely due to the excellent service provided by the hotel manager, Dani. From the moment I arrived, Dani demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's ability to cater to specific kosher needs, thanks to their collaboration with Boosur Catering. Dani went above and beyond to ensure that my dietary requirements were met with care and attention. The meals were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, allowing me to enjoy a worry-free dining experience. Dani's approachable demeanor and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my stay. I truly appreciated the personalized service and the way Dani took the time to understand and accommodate my needs. It’s clear that she values each guest and strives to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our stay was wonderful the suite was spacious, apartment like. Waterpark totally worth the money!!! Upset regarding the buffet was not open Saturday evening. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Better than great wolf. Staff were very very nice. The 4 seat water slide is a 2 or 4 person only. Cannot ride with 3. You are able to tip with cash.

Me and my family had an amazing time this past weekend for my daughter’s birthday. WaterPark is not too big but my kids had a great time. Water slides are great so much fun. Lazy river will have your time flying by due to the enjoyment. Very kid friendly. I highly recommend spending a weekend with your family and rent a cabana very inexpensive and affordable worth every penny. Service was great our waitress made sure you felt like a priority. Food choices are not as appealing but all the other amenities out shines the rest. We will definitely be back very soon! Thanks for a great stay Harris Family
