The salad bar was all we wanted. They had just opened up, so I understood that there was issues with making sure all the salad was out for us to start digging in since they took too long to bring out the general salad. We went on and started having spinach salad. We took our plates to the table right across from the salad bar, cause it’s an all you can eat salad bar, no sooner than we did that that the lady who rung us up at the counter, went and put spinach salad in the salad dish without gloves, at that point I didn’t want to eat the rest of my salad. I was pretty sick to the stomach after seeing her, touch it with her bare hands and not put on the gloves that were sitting right there on the counter Very poor service and extremely unsanitary. Our kids come here Chuck E. Cheese you can do better.

Great experience! They have an unlimited play time limit option so it’s easy to set a time limit. Also Michelle helped my kids at the prize counter and they had a wonderful experience!

So firstly, the young people that work there with the kids doing the birthday gig stuff are awesome. Very enthusiastic, sincere, polite, punctual. Kids had a super great time. I'm pretty positive the ticket payout has severely decreased, as should be expected with inflation and all that. Again though, the kids had a super great time and that is what matters. After all, Chuck E Cheese is the place where a kid can be a kid. Lol.

Had a birthday party there and they did a really good job of setting up the party stuff. My son had a blast and we as parents feel we got a pretty good deal on the package we purchased. All his friends had plenty of play time with him. Very good deal very Happy with the employees and the person in the chuckee cheese costume did a really good job giving attention to all the kids.

This place was amazing. The staff was so kind so helpful. I can't say enough positive things about this location the young lady and young man that helped us were phenomenal. Had great customer service and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend and they are super accommodating to disabled children❤️
