"Troy was awesome. He helped when I needed help with the waivers and he helped with the trouble I had buying tickets on the website. He got me down to the price I had when it repeatedly didn't work online and he was just all around great! The chairs are now comfy, I guess they must have upgraded them from previous reviews and they have everything open to play- my kids are having so much fun :) 👍"

"This place is straight up chaotic. There were a total of 3 employees I saw. Two were helping customers at the front and 1 was on lunch or break. Then at one point there was only one person working. Not even half the people in the place had paid to be there. They would just walk in and start jumping. There were no people to make sure others were following rules. The fences to keep people off or away from the equipment were falling down. Hardly any of the people had on the grip socks, which again goes back to paying to be there and following rules. This place needs an overhaul for sure from mana"
