Troy was awesome. He helped when I needed help with the waivers and he helped with the trouble I had buying tickets on the website. He got me down to the price I had when it repeatedly didn't work online and he was just all around great! The chairs are now comfy, I guess they must have upgraded them from previous reviews and they have everything open to play- my kids are having so much fun :) 👍

One of my nephew's favorite places. Also had such a great time as an adult. Some many different areas, there is a ton of options to choose from.

This place is straight up chaotic. There were a total of 3 employees I saw. Two were helping customers at the front and 1 was on lunch or break. Then at one point there was only one person working. Not even half the people in the place had paid to be there. They would just walk in and start jumping. There were no people to make sure others were following rules. The fences to keep people off or away from the equipment were falling down. Hardly any of the people had on the grip socks, which again goes back to paying to be there and following rules. This place needs an overhaul for sure from management. They need at least 3 to 4 more people on the clock and with this you could make sure people are paying to be there and are following the rules to make sure it is safe and enjoyable for all. People were just straight eating and drinking in the middle of trampolines. It was a huge disappointment. Terribly ran business. I'm surprised it hasn't gone under already. Will not be coming back unless big things change. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the service I got from the gentlemen at the front was great. He was a nice guy and clearly had too much on his plate and couldn't do everything by himself. He needs help. Hire more people and make that place safe

Creed, Troy and Chelsea provided my family and I with Excellent customer service! My toddler absolutely love this place! The facility is very spacious and the snacks are at a responsible price.The bathrooms are very clean and the atmosphere is great!
