Cinemark Jacksonville Atlantic North and XD

"This is a first class, five star establishment by any definition. Reason is details. It's a very new property but it's well maintained like no trash, debris in the parking lot or main lobby and many theatres. Staff is excellent. Professional, courteous and it's clear that the onsite managers know how to communicate and listen. This alone goes a significant distance in the customer service experience. I used the ticket kiosk very functional design and it worked flawlessly including optional seating assignments. Of course the film 📽️ itself is quality as is some of the optional services such as"

"This Cinemark location is awesome! (We've been to several). We went on a Thursday morning and it was virtually empty, but don't be fooled, this place gets very busy, especially on the weekends. We also pay for the Cinemark Movie Club membership which is 100% worth it if you go to the movies fairly often. Also has comfortable reclining chairs."

"I really like the Cinemark at Atlantic! The reclining seats are super comfortable, and the modern decor creates a great atmosphere. There’s always plenty of parking, which is a big plus. I’ve had cocktails there, and they’re really good, plus the food is perfect for watching a movie. The cheese sticks, wings, or hot dog are all delicious!"
