"I love this place so much! I always come home with tons of cute plushies and have a wonderful time! Unfortunately, I have to update my review because they advertise themselves as handicap accessible but the elevator is broken. We even got stuck in it and had to call emergency services. I love the location but not being able to get my friend into the building in a wheelchair was absolutely infuriating."
