Comfort Inn Splash Harbor

"We’ve previously stayed here and it was great. Stayed here last night and it was a lot dirtier than last time. Trash in the pool area, in the pool, etc. the kid hot tub was hotter than the adult hot tub. My big issue was the 3 gigantic spiders in our room. I have arachnophobia and was up all night. We would’ve went to change rooms if our daughter wasn’t already asleep after a long day and it’s Easter weekend. Our first trip here was great. This trip was not. The service was great though."

"Stayed the weekend for Spring break and it was very busy but my kids had an amazing time. The staff was nice and kept everything running smoothly. Breakfast was a good combo of hot foods and grab and go items. Pool was clean and plenty for the kids to do. Room was clean and the front desk called shortly after we arrived to make sure our room was up to our standards. Who I presumed to be the owner was present and checked in with people while pool side to make sure our stay was great. Definitely planning another trip."

"I am giving this a 5 star review with several things considered. 1. It’s a budget hotel that exceeded our expectations. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. There is a down-home, worn in (in an endearing, welcoming way), comfortable feel to it. 2. The rooms and the pool area were very clean. 3. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I called the next day to ask them for the brand of the mattress. I’m heading to mattress firm this week to test comparable mattresses! No joke. Despite sharing a bed with two of my children, I had incredible sleep. 4. Really good Mexican restaura"
