"I had a birthday party here for my 5 year old and about 20 of her friends on a Saturday. First and foremost, the customer service was top notch. Mikayla, and Nina were attentive, engaging, and on task. I've been to almost every trampoline park in the DC area and this was, by far, the best customer service I've ever seen. The facility was super clean. Even the bathrooms. All the equipment was in good shape. It did not look worn or weathered. You can tell they make a point to take care of the equipment and keep everything safe. The food was one time and well prepared. My daughter's party was"

"I visited Flight on April 21, 2025 and I had a great experience. An employee by the name of Eli was super helpful and interacted great with our kiddos. He went above and beyond to play with them and offered for them to go on the slide. You can tell that he loves his job and children, Thank you Eli. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I expected a little more activities but that has nothing to do with the excellent customer service."
