"I had my son's birthday party here, we had 2 parties this year and the staff was so nice and the party was great. They let you bring in your own food and drinks which was great. I would bring your own food and drinks as well as order because we got there at 4 and left around 730 and they ate everything we bought and purchased. 11 year olds. It was a great time"

"Fun but in disrepair and management doesn’t seem to care. We have been coming here regularly for the past two years and it continues to go downhill. On our most recent visit (December 2024), there was a rip in a trampoline, posing a serious safety issue, parts of the ninja course have holes in them and cannot be inflated, and handles have been ripped out of poles where people would pull themselves up. I brought all of this to the attention of two staff members who said it would be fixed “eventually” and when I asked if the manager was aware (I’m certain he is) they said “we don’t know where he"

"Horrible experience today. This is our second time having a party at this location and our last. This location is under new management and the new “rules” make absolutely no sense. I get trying to control the amount of time the jumpers stay after the party has ended but not being able to jump after you entered the party room is just ridiculous! You should be able to jump until your party is over and having management say it’s bc you don’t want the kids to get sick after eating is just BS! Because what about the families who eat at the concession stand and are just paying by the hour? Also,"
