Amazing place to get your kids' BD party! I will do it again! Awesome customer service, great management, awesome for kids any ages to play‌, great food, clean and organized! I can not say anything bad about them, just good things! Love it, love it, love it! Even adults had fun, we did laser tag, and we had a blast!

We came with family and friends on Feb 22, and it was a busier day than usual. The staff was terrific, and there was so kind and patient to the little children, especially the young lady in the mini car section. She is a hard worker and kind to my children and others. Heavy lift those cars without complaint multiple times all day! We will be back! Our kids love her! ❤️

We visited Urban Air in Ballenger Creek, MD, and overall had a great experience! Most of the day was pleasant, and almost all of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. We purchased the Ultimate Package (which wasn’t cheap) and spent the day with my 10-year-old daughter, her friend, and her friend’s mother. Everything went smoothly until the very end of the night. Urban Air closes at 9 PM, and at 8:47 PM, the girls tried to get on the mini go-karts to make sure they experienced everything we paid for. They were told no, they were closed. I followed up with the staff member running the ride, and he said they closed at 8:50 PM. However, it was only 8:47 PM (I even took a picture to confirm the time). I understand needing to close rides a little early for maintenance, but the bigger issue was the attitude of the young man working there very dismissive and rude. We spoke to the manager, who was very polite and explained that the karts' batteries needed to be changed at 7:50 PM not that the ride was closing completely. She allowed the girls to ride, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the young man's attitude got even worse afterward, and the young lady who replaced him was not much better. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for those 15 minutes of negative attitude from those two staff members, it would have been a solid 5-star visit. It’s a shame how one or two people’s bad attitudes can overshadow the efforts of the rest of the staff, who were truly exceptional the entire day.

We’ve visited several times as a family and just hosted a birthday party here. Always clean and well maintained. The party was totally worth it and the least stressful party I’ve ever hosted. Spring for the party room. It’s a great deal because it comes with some of your pizza included and gives you a quiet place to be while the kids enjoy themselves. I also love that unlike similar places the passes for party guests entitle them to stay as long as they would like. It’s not just a 2 hour pass with half an hour of eating. The hosts and managers were super helpful and friendly.

Very interesting use of space . Check - in as you arrive through doors . Then the lights, sounds and bright scenery take over . We had a birthday party here . A couple of large tables were set up to accommodate. Children have many activities to do . A lot of fun was had
