"First time back here in a long time. Worked up 20,000 points for the beats headphones pictured but manager refused to give them to us. Asked for the 10,000 point PS5 headset and manager refused. He claimed they cost 40,000 points but he had them on the 20,000 and 10,000 shelf to mislead his customers. Said it was a mistake but he wouldn’t take them off the shelf until I asked him to fix the mistake. On top of this he wasn’t very friendly and the place is still dirty and smelly even though new carpet was put down recently. Almost everything else was old and the same as it was 20 years ago. Ride"

"I was looking through the attraction near my house in Brooklyn and happen to came across this indoor attraction which truly is a hidden gem. As soon as I entered, I was amazed to see the number of arcade this place had. While I was waiting for the rides to be opened, I purchased an arcade card and let the kids enjoy the arcade. As soon the rides were opened, I purchased 1 hour maze and ride package. My kids loved each and every ride and took each ride at least 3-4 times and they do have bumping cars included as part of the ride package. The owner was really accommodating to us and offer us to "

"I booked a private room, and the kids had a great time. A bit unorganized with activities but the assistant who took care of the kids was amazing. However, management gets 0 stars. They never informed me about a $225 fee for bringing outside food and then lied, claiming they had. When I questioned them, they simply pointed to a sign on the door that says "No food allowed," which I never saw since I booked through the phone and website. I will not be booking with them again. Be aware of this management scam."
