"To be completely transparent: I'm writing this review because I know the owner, and he pointed out that they are being unfairly targeted by someone (not a customer) with a personal axe to grind. It should be obvious that a bunch of generic, 1-star reviews by accounts with names like "Rose Rose" or "Denise Denise" is pretty suspect, and I would advise anyone reading these reviews to do a little bit of detective-work and make sure you aren't being misled.
