"Team was super nice and well organized. I did the guided tour as I was unfamiliar with the river. Guide drove us up stream a few miles and we floated down. This was definitely class I rapids. Didn’t get a drop of water on us. A great way to experience the absolutely gorgeous fall foliage. If you are into white water rafting, check the water flows first. If you just want to chill and experience nature, this is a great way to do it."

"On time and efficient! Gear is trust worthy! Had one issue when a tube got away and an employee tried to go into the river after it and I told her she needed a life jacket, she said it was her first day. Highly recommend to management that the exit attendants have life jackets on hand to help those exiting."
