He was super knowledgeable, explained the differences between models, and walked me through the fitting process step by step. It turns out I was wearing the wrong size! "Purchased bindings, came used. Customer service hung up on my first call. Emailed photos, they offered $20 off. Not worth it. They claimed new came right from factory. Watched unboxing videos, and the box was missing all the dividers. Decided to return for a full refund due to deceptive and rude practices."

"I don’t know how it happened but I ordered 150 skis instead of 160 skis that I wanted. Talked to customer service who were helpful and gave me lots of options of how we could fix the issue. Decided to go to the Millcreek store to exchange them. Customer service called ahead to make sure they had some and saved them for me. When I got there the guy that helped me was soooo nice. He answered my bazillion questions educating me and was awesome. I really wish I knew his name. If the bosses read this he had chin/shoulder length hair likes to ski solitude and worked in the shop part. I’m getting ba"
