This place is a highly undervalued asset to the community. Directly across Terrace Hills Dr from 11 Ave Park, a popular city know for its city views and tennis/pickle ball courts and soccer fields. Check out the water Conservation Gardens for planting ideas and inspiration, as well as some shade and solitude. Great for families.
