During off-peak weekday hours, the facility can be remarkably quiet, potentially allowing for an almost exclusive experience.
What parents should know
Summarized from real visitor reviews.
Best for: Birthday parties for children, especially if using the upstairs room for its view and dedicated staff support (provided accessibility is not a concern for all guests).Families seeking a quieter, less crowded trampoline experience during specific weekday hours (e.g., Monday 12-1 PM).Parents looking for a venue with potential discounts (via Yelp).Guests who appreciate a secluded location for events.**4 years old and under:** Parents should exercise extreme caution around climbing structures due to a reported incident where a child got outside the safety netting. Insider tips
- Check-in on Yelp upon arrival to potentially receive a 20% discount on entry.
- Bring your own trampoline socks to save $3.50/pair.
- Consider renting a locker for valuables.
- For parties, it's advisable to personally inspect the facility's cleanliness beforehand due to conflicting reports.
- If booking the upstairs party room, be aware there is no elevator, impacting accessibility for guests with disabilities.
- Consider bringing extra fans if using the upstairs party room to ensure comfort.
Good to know before you go
- Parents of very young children (especially 4 years and under) who are highly concerned about safety on climbing structures, given the reported incident of a child getting outside the netting.
- Visitors for whom immaculate cleanliness is a top priority, as multiple reviews cite significant hygiene issues.
- If you or your guests require elevator access to upper party areas.
- If you expect constant, active staff supervision in all play areas, as some staff were observed on their phones.
- **Major Safety Concern:** A 4-year-old child was found outside the safety netting on a climbing structure/green slide, with staff unable to explain how it happened, posing a serious injury risk.
- Crowds
- Very low crowd level during weekday afternoons (e.g., 12-1 PM on a Monday), with visitors potentially having the entire facility to themselves for an extended period.
- Value
- Individual jump time costs $20.30 per person for 1 hour, including trampoline socks, after a 20% Yelp discount. Without the discount and needing to buy socks, the cost would be higher (approximately $25.38 for 1 hour). Trampoline socks are $3.50 per pair if purchased on-site. A birthday party package cost under $800, which included space rental, pizzas, drinks, wristbands for 15 children, 3 hours of play, and complimentary socks. This was considered "money well spent" compared to alternatives like a $400 large bounce house. An additional balloon arch can be purchased for $75. Individual jump time can be on the higher end, but party packages appear to offer good value for multiple activities and inclusions.
- Food
- For birthday parties, the venue provides pizzas and drinks as part of a package.
- Accessibility
- The upstairs party area does not have an elevator, making it inaccessible for guests with disabilities.
- Safety
- Climbing structures are equipped with safety netting; however, a significant incident was reported where a 4-year-old child managed to get *outside* the netting.
What parents say
"We attended a birthday party on 12/15/24 around noon for a 4 year old. Several parents and I were standing near the purple table (in picture) talking and monitoring our 4 yo and under children on this climbing structure. Next thing we know, my 4 yo daughter was on the top of the green slide (red arrow in picture) outside the safety netting. We have no idea how she got up there. She’s not strong enough or coordinated enough to climb from the bottom up especially without anyone noticing. We safely got her down (she was covered in dust) and informed staff. One staff member briefly went into the s"

"I promised my daughter that I’d take her to the trampoline park on her day off from school, and I chose to take her to iRise. I was able to check-in on Yelp which saved me 20% off. With the 20% off and purchasing trampoline socks, it was $20.30/per person to jump for 1hour 😲. We went around 12-1 on Monday and we were the only people there which was awesome. We were able to have the entire facility to ourselves for about 40 minutes until other visitors arrived. She had fun jumping and I did too. The facility was decent but it did kinda smell like feet or a locker room 😆. My nose is extra s"

"I was so close from booking a party at this location and I come inside to try everything out and it’s so FILTHY!!!!. You can’t even see the color of the mats because of how disgusting it is and I understand kids are dirty, but this place hasn’t been cleaned in years. There’s so many duct sections of each of the jumping corners that I’m not trusting my child around it."
