Insider tips

  • Check their website for specific rules (e.g., 'no jeans') before visiting.
  • Consider visiting on a weekday for a quieter and less crowded experience.
  • If booking a birthday party, clarify exactly what is included (e.g., grip socks) and what level of host service to expect, as service quality can be very low.
  • Be prepared for arcade games to be very expensive; budget accordingly or plan to avoid them.
  • If your child gets bored easily, an hour might be too long unless they are extremely passionate about jumping.

"I would not recommend this place for birthday parties. They refused to give 1 kid a pair of grip socks and told him it'll be $2 when the socks come with the party package. I had to track down the host and get that cleared up at the front counter. The host literally sat at the back with one of her coworkers and talked and ate snacks the entire time. The other half of the time I had to look for her. She didn't host anything a"

"This place is huge & exactly what I needed to take my full-of-energy children in. Today was our first (a weekday) time coming & it was very quiet. My kids enjoyed having all that space to jump as much as they wanted. I forgot to take a pic of it but they have a toddler area where the littlest can jump without having to worry about accidents with big kids. They have good options for the kids to have fun. Definitely coming back soon."
