"I WOULD NOT recommend ESPECIALLY for a BIRTHDAY PARTY! If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is very unprofessional and argumentative and be dead wrong. Admission is high when most of the play equipment don’t work & not enough time for a party. I attended a birthday party that was booked from 5-6:30pm. I did arrive after 5 closer to 6pm. The staff informed me of the waivers and told me that I would need to pay $25 per child, I had 5 kids with me & proceeded to pay. "Not a lot to do I would not recommend for kids 3 and up, 45 dollars for 60 mins a complete rip off and they say a meal comes wit it but won’t tell you that it’s only between 3-5p, place was empty and there set prices are extremely high for it not to be much to do and if you don’t believe me just go see for yourself before you purchase anything."

"We celebrated our son's first birthday last year here and had a great time. We brought him for a second birthday and it was very underwhelming none of the TVs were on.. some stuff didn't even work. Screws were falling out of equipment, dead bugs on the floor... the kitchen was closed for repairs but we weren't allowed to bring food in so how are we supposed to have a party.. we just left after the first hour.. I was also stabbed with a happy birthday pin in the ball pit and when I brought it up to the front desk no one seemed to care that the sharp needle was in the ball pit with kids."
