a month agoMy 7 year old son loves mirror mazes we always look for them on our vacations. We saw this one and were excited. However it was a total disappointment. It really wasn’t a maze rather than a path, no dead ends, and very short. It led to small rooms of “educational” history items. It took us less than 10 minutes to get through it. Don’t waste your money not worth it.

4 months agoIt’s really quick, more educational than fun (which is ok as I’m an educator) but the kids were uninterested in the short exhibits but loved the mirror portions. It was over before we knew it. 🤷🏽♀️

9 months agoThe maze itself was very good. We went there because I was trying to kill some time and I figured it would be pretty quick. It took us about 30-40 minutes. My 3 year old and 9 year old had a blast in the maze, although it was hard for me to keep track of them at times. Very fun, slightly trippy, but pretty simple once you’ve figured it out. It’s sort of a commitment, because there’s no way to get out once you’re in except through the designated exit. The area after the maze ended was fine for my 9 year old but my 3 year old hated it. Smoke machines, strobe lights, and walls made of inflated black fabric that you have to push through. We were trying to leave that area pretty quickly because my 3 year old was scared.

2 months agoFun, BUT NOT FOR EPILEPTICS!! My son and I love the maze, but I have to say to the owners, PUT UP A SIGN WARNING PEOPLE ABOUT THE STROBES AND CLAUSTROPHOBIC TUNNEL AT THE END. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My wife has both epilepsy and clastrophobia and fortunately chose not to join us, but had she not she would have been exposed without warning to extreme flashing lights and a completely out of the blue tunnel you have to push your way through. Again, my son and I had a blast. It's short and sweet and kinda spooky and it is fun, BUT IT IS NOT FOR EPILEPTICS OR THOSE WITH CLAUSTROPHOBIA. To be clear it's a simple mirror maze until the last leg, at which point the lights go out, strobes flash intensely and the only way (we could see) out was to push through one of those inflatable tunnels that press tightly against your body (the kind you see in haunted houses). Just put up a sign guys.

a year agoIncluded with the purchase of an aquarium ticket. I enjoyed the experience but felt like I wasted my money. Took less than 5 minutes to complete even for my 4-year- old. It was later in the day and if the mirrors were cleaner it would have been more difficult. The data about the 1904 World's Fair was informational. If it's the only thing you're doing at Union Station, I would pass. If you're spending the day and have the money, it's another check-off item.
