"We booked a joint birthday party for my daughter and nephew and were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The team at Jungle Adventure were extremely responsive from our initial inquiry to our follow-up after the party. The team onsite during the birthday were organized, attentive and very helpful. The food catered was very good and the cakes were beautiful - all ordered and coordinated by Jungle Adventure, along with the double decor (we had a theme for each child). "This place is incredible. We came here last year for a classmate's 4th birthday and my daughter has been talking about it ever since. A year later and we had her 5th birthday there today and it wowed us today just as much as it did back then. We did the Safari VIP package plus added on an ice cream cake. Booking and speaking with the owner was so easy. From the beginning I felt stress-free with planning. My daughter wanted a Fancy Nancy theme which is not too common and they absolutely nailed it. It was just so seamless I would totally recommend doing the VIP package to everyone. Our adult gue"

"3 stars because my children enjoy this place. However, a rope broke today, causing my 3 year old to fall and hurt his leg and foot (which hes still whining about 3 hours later). When approached about this, the employee was defensive and said my son shouldn't be jumping. I'm sorry, but this is a place for kids to PLAY, not to sit around all day. Please speak to your employee about being more apologetic and less defensive."
