2 months agoWhat a hidden gem! My wife and I enjoyed "Fences" at KC Melting Pot. The production was fantastic. The acting was Broadway worthy. This is an intimate theatre. There is not a bad seat in the house. Parking is easy. Go. Buy a ticket or two. You will love it.

7 months agoI came to celebrate my birthday and manager Alyssa made sure that I had the absolute best time. I’m not super clear on how much Alyssa is making but I can say with absolute certainty that it is not enough! Her and Kendall were very attentive, caring, and made tons of conversation! I will be dining there again.

12 months agoThursday morning performance was great. I luv seeing different plays here. Very comfortable in a small Quaint atmosphere. This last play ",Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf". Excellent again. Thank you KC Parks & Recreation for providing tickets for the Seniors group to attend.

2 years agoI went to this historic, awesome little theater on September 17th with my dad and his co-workers to see Lewis Morrow's Black Matters, and I was blown away. The theater itself is super nice, but the play was beyond powerful, better than I could have expected -- and I had high expectations for Lewis's work, as my dad both talks him up every chance he gets, and sends me anything he does on YouTube, so I'd seen how good this guy was. Still, something about seeing it in person was so... captivating. I should have brought more tissues. You know a piece of art is great when it brings you to tears multiple times, and you're not even a little bit mad about it, haha. I can't wait to see more from Lewis in the future, and I'm DEFINITELY going to check out his book on Amazon now!
