3 months agoWe had a great time here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The play area is great for kids of multiple ages - there is a baby/toddler area, but my 2.5yr old was able to navigate most of the larger area as well. My older elem aged kids had a great time too. There are two large slides, a "roller coaster" slide, lots of climbing opportunities, a small indoor soccer field, large building blocks, a dance room, and more. There are lots of tables for parents to sit at, and several highchairs. I loved that the play structure was large enough for parents to go inside as well, and my husband and I both enjoyed playing along with the kids. No outside food/drink is allowed but there are some snacks for purchase. You can also leave and return at any point during the same day, so it's easy to run out for lunch. No shoes are allowed after you go through the entrance, but staff provides a bin to carry them in which was very helpful and a great idea. My only constructive feedback for the team here would be - 1. If possible, in the future, offering fresh drinks would be amazing (coffee, tea, chai, etc) and would encourage parents to hang out longer and chat while their kids play! Maybe some packaged bakery items too. 2. The facility was very clean, except we noticed the floor wasn't swept up after a birthday party (the party was at 10am when we arrived, and then we returned in the evening). So there was still cake, etc under a couple tables. Maybe this was an oversight, but it was definitely noticed by a few parents who had to avoid sitting there. Overall, this is a great play space and we're excited to return.

a week agoGreat birthday party experience. Allan was so nice and went above and beyond to explain all involved throughout. The party host I think Natasha?, was super helpful and friendly. Matter of fact all of them were nice. The place is clean and kids heaven! I doubt I’ll ever be able to top this party!

a month agoFor it's medium-small size, it's pretty darn good for it's footprint. Multiple slides of various sizes (including a infant section eith mini-slides. Enclosures have multiple entry ways (some easy & some more challenging), but very manageable. Parents ARE allowed to enter all enclosures and FULLY participate with their children to the max. Will definitely return to this spot again and again 03/2025.

a week agoWent for my great nephews 1st birthday which was great. But things to know (especially with summer almost here), they make adults take shoes off even if you're not doing anything and then if you don't have socks you have to buy some - probably on website but I didn't look. Then it is slick because of the floors with socks. There is a little dance room my 7 year old slipped and nailed his head on the hard floor, I went up and asked for ice and told them what happened and they gave me ice (3 staff members just standing there)and one said I hope he's OK ... no really caring but saw another kid with an ice pack that my husband said fell on his ear. Omg they have this other thing that I thought was something to crawl up with a bunch of ropes but watched several (including my own kids) that all just fell from the top to the bottom that looks extremely painful/ dangerous but mine are fine but didn't let them do it again. It was very clean and not too busy which was great.

a week agoWe had such a great time at Kids Empire! It’s the perfect indoor play spot for kids to run around and burn off energy. The place is super clean, well-maintained, and has a great layout that makes it easy to keep an eye on your little ones. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun, safe place for kids to play!
