Why families love it

  • Play area is well-suited for multiple age groups, including a dedicated baby/toddler section and larger structures engaging for elementary-aged children.
  • Parents are explicitly allowed and encouraged to enter all play enclosures and fully participate with their children.
  • Generally clean and well-maintained facility, with staff providing bins for shoes at entry.
  • Staff members (e.g., Allan, Natasha) are consistently described as helpful, friendly, and welcoming, especially during birthday parties.
  • Offers a variety of engaging activities: two large slides, a 'roller coaster' slide, extensive climbing opportunities, a small indoor soccer field, large building blocks, and a dance room.
  • Ample seating for parents, including tables and highchairs, making it comfortable for supervision.

Insider tips

  • **Bring Socks:** Ensure all adults and children have socks, as they are mandatory, and you'll have to purchase them if forgotten.
  • **Exercise Caution on Slick Floors:** Be aware that floors can be slick, particularly in the dance room, and supervise children closely to prevent falls.
  • **Inspect 'Ropes' Feature:** Parents should personally evaluate the 'ropes' climbing structure for their child's safety and consider whether to allow its use, given reports of multiple falls.
  • **Plan for Meals:** Since no outside food is allowed, either budget for on-site snacks or utilize the same-day re-entry policy to leave for lunch.
  • **Briefly Check Cleanliness:** If visiting later in the day, a quick check of party areas for cleanliness might be wise, as occasional oversights have been reported.
  • **Utilize Friendly Staff:** Staff are generally helpful; don't hesitate to ask for assistance, such as ice packs for minor injuries.

Good to know before you go

  • Families expecting a wide array of healthy or fresh food/drink options beyond standard packaged snacks.
  • Parents highly sensitive to potential minor cleanliness oversights, particularly in party areas after events.
  • If your child is very prone to slipping, or if you are particularly concerned about the safety of specific climbing structures without close supervision.
  • If you arrive without socks and are unwilling to purchase them on-site, as they are mandatory for all.
  • Floors can be slick, particularly in the dance room, leading to reported slips and falls (one 7-year-old hit head, another child fell on ear).
Crowds
One reviewer noted it was 'not too busy,' which was a positive experience for them. No specific peak times for crowds were detailed, though a party at 10 am and a return in the evening (Review 1) implies it can accommodate different crowd levels.
Value
No specific entry pricing is mentioned in the reviews. The mandatory purchase of socks if forgotten represents a potential hidden cost. Birthday party experiences are highly praised as 'great' and 'kids heaven,' suggesting strong value for party packages.
Food
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility.
Accessibility
No specific accommodations for special needs (e.g., wheelchair access, sensory hours) were explicitly mentioned in the reviews. However, the allowance for parents to enter all play structures could be beneficial for children needing closer assistance.
Safety
Staff members are present and responsive (e.g., provided ice for a fall).

"We had a great time here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The play area is great for kids of multiple ages - there is a baby/toddler area, but my 2.5yr old was able to navigate most of the larger area as well. My older elem aged kids had a great time too. There are two large slides, a "roller coaster" slide, lots of climbing opportunities, a small indoor soccer field, large building blocks, a dance room, and more. There are lots of tables for parents to sit at, and several highchairs. I loved that the play structure was large enough for parents to go inside as well, and my husband and I"

"Great birthday party experience. Allan was so nice and went above and beyond to explain all involved throughout. The party host I think Natasha?, was super helpful and friendly. Matter of fact all of them were nice. The place is clean and kids heaven! I doubt I’ll ever be able to top this party!"

"For it's medium-small size, it's pretty darn good for it's footprint. Multiple slides of various sizes (including a infant section eith mini-slides. Enclosures have multiple entry ways (some easy & some more challenging), but very manageable. Parents ARE allowed to enter all enclosures and FULLY participate with their children to the max. Will definitely return to this spot again and again 03/2025."
