"We celebrated my child's birthday at this location on 11/30/2024. The experience and service was outstanding & phenomenal; from the initial online process of reserving the date for the birthday party to moment we left the day of the party! Their website is so user friendly & easy to understand their birthday packages so I booked online and paid the deposit fee. I received a phone call about 1 week & half from the party date from Brianna to go over the details of what is provided & what we as guests are allowed to bring in as far as food & decorations go. Brianna was so patient & friendly! O"

"It was fantastic. Much bigger than the one that I usually take my kids to in El Monte. I never knew there was a place like this in the middle of Southgate. I was there for almost 5 hours and my kids did not want to leave. Then the mascot came out and it was like a whole party in there. Chuck E. Cheese don’t have nothing on it."
