What parents should know

Summarized from real visitor reviews.

Best for: Energetic children needing to burn off energy for extended periods (Review 1, 3)Families looking for an active indoor activity (Review 1, 3)Generally good for a broad range of kids, from younger children (daughters, granddaughters) to young adults (brothers) who can spend hours playing (Review 1, 3, 5)

  • The core concept of Sky Zone is generally great for kids, providing an amazing and enjoyable time (Review 2, 3)
  • The trampoline and jumping activities themselves provide a highly engaging and 'blast for hours' experience for children (Review 1, 3)
  • The overall concept of a trampoline park is perceived as 'great for kids' (Review 2)

Insider tips

  • Be highly vigilant during membership sales; confirm all details and consent to avoid being charged without your agreement (Review 2)
  • If considering a membership, be prepared for a potentially very difficult cancellation process; meticulously double-check status and confirm all associated names/members are explicitly mentioned during cancellation to prevent continued billing (Review 3, 5)
  • If you have sensory sensitivities or are prone to headaches, be aware of a potentially overwhelming air freshener scent (Review 5)
  • Parents should actively supervise their children due to reported insufficient staff supervision and instances of bullying (Review 5)
  • Consider bringing your own water due to concerns about the unmaintained water dispenser (Review 1)
  • If purchasing passes, explicitly clarify the rules for assigning and using passes for all children to avoid denial of entry (Review 4)

Good to know before you go

  • If you are sensitive to strong artificial scents or prone to headaches (Review 5)
  • If you prioritize strict cleanliness and high standards of facility maintenance (Review 1, 2)
  • If you are unwilling to deal with potentially aggressive sales tactics or a highly problematic membership management/cancellation system (Review 2, 3, 5)
  • If your children require constant and active staff supervision to ensure their safety from bullying (Review 5)
  • If you have concerns about racial profiling by staff or a flawed pass verification system (Review 4)
Crowds
Concerns about poor separation between adult and children's areas 'at certain times' suggest it can get busy, but no specific crowd times are provided (Review 2).
Value
Memberships and season passes are heavily promoted and sold. There are significant concerns about being charged for memberships without consent and continued billing post-cancellation, leading to unexpected and unwanted costs. No specific upfront pricing for daily entry was mentioned, but the value of memberships is undermined by billing issues and difficulties in cancellation (Review 2, 3, 4).
Food
A water dispenser is available, but its maintenance is questionable (Review 1). No other specific food or drink policies mentioned.
Accessibility
No specific positive accessibility accommodations mentioned. However, an overwhelming air freshener scent could be a negative accessibility factor for individuals with scent sensitivities or respiratory issues (Review 5).
Safety
Concerns about safety due to disintegrating foam blocks releasing plastic dust (Review 1).

"I love coming to this place. My daughter and I have a blast for hours. However, this place really need to maintain things better. The foam blocks are coming apart and plastic dust gets in My daughter's eyes and lungs. The water dispenser has had a change filter indicator blinking for months. And now, instead of changing the filter they have covered up the indicator with a piece of duct tape. That's just wrong. Just change the filter! Or at least let people know they're using a filter that isn't properly maintained."

"This place is great for kids, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. One major concern is the constant push to sell memberships, which we are not interested in. Unfortunately, I was sold a membership without my consent and later discovered that I was charged for it. Additionally, the facilities are not clean, and there should be better separation between the adult and children's areas at certain times. Safety is also a concern, and the bathrooms require regular cleaning. These are important issues that need attention."

"I want to start by saying that Sky Zone itself is a great place. My brothers and I had an amazing time this summer, which is why I initially signed up for a membership. However, I’m extremely frustrated with the way my membership cancellation has been handled. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone in September, because I was unable to access my account online. When I spoke to a representative, I was assured that my membership was canceled and that I would no longer be charged monthly payments. Despite this, I have continued to see charges on my account for several months now. I’ve r"
