"I want to start by saying that Sky Zone itself is a great place. My brothers and I had an amazing time this summer, which is why I initially signed up for a membership. However, I’m extremely frustrated with the way my membership cancellation has been handled. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone in September, because I was unable to access my account online. When I spoke to a representative, I was assured that my membership was canceled and that I would no longer be charged monthly payments.
