A 5-year-old 'absolutely loved it', indicating strong appeal for this age. Parents need to be cautious in general jump areas.

Why families love it

  • Very clean and spacious facility, contributing to a pleasant experience.
  • Staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and even actively coaches children on activities like the zipline.
  • Dedicated 'Toddler Time' is a significant advantage for families with small children, offering a less crowded and more age-appropriate play environment.
  • Available party rooms are well-regarded, with specific staff members (e.g., Crystal, Nathalie at Covina) receiving praise for their assistance.
  • Food court prices are of 'great value', and overall entry prices are considered 'more than fair'.
  • Bathrooms are clean and well-stocked.

Insider tips

  • **For families with toddlers or small children:** Make sure to attend 'Toddler Time' sessions for a safer, less crowded, and more enjoyable experience.
  • **For parents of small children in general jump areas:** Be extra vigilant and actively supervise your kids, especially when the park is busy, due to potential disregard from older jumpers.
  • If planning a birthday party, consider the Covina location where specific staff (Crystal and Nathalie) received commendations for their service.
  • Take advantage of the on-site food court for reasonably priced meals and snacks.

Good to know before you go

  • **Peak times with small children:** If you have very small children and are sensitive to safety concerns from older, potentially reckless jumpers, avoid general jump areas during busy periods where supervision might feel less personal.
  • If you expect strict age segregation across all activities outside of 'Toddler Time'.
  • Potential for overcrowding in general jump areas, which can lead to safety concerns for small children. Specifically, 'back flipping show-off jerks' (older/less considerate jumpers) may pose a risk to little kids.
  • One reviewer felt the facility could be perceived as 'small size to fit so many people all in at once', implying a lack of adequate space during peak times.
  • A perceived lack of safety and security for small children on trampolines despite the requirement for parents to sign waivers.

**Generally managed:** One review stated it's 'never overly crowded', even when hosting multiple birthday parties simultaneously.
