• • No outside food, drinks, or gum allowed, except for private parties.
• • Snack bar offers a variety of affordable adult and child-friendly foods in snackable portions, including gluten-free and peanut-free options (not an allergen-free environment).
• • Food items include coffee, beer, wine, juices, sodas, tea, yogurts, fresh fruit, cheese sticks, lunchables, snack-packs, muffins, crackers, apple sauce, energy/nut bars, jerky, chips, pretzels, cookies, and treats (seasonal changes apply).
• • All food and drinks must be consumed in the snack bar/party table area.
• • Cafe tables are for active eating and drinking; unattended items will be moved to cubbies.
• • For private parties (Super/Awesome packages), additional food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought in.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Kids Wonder is a SOCKS ONLY facility for all adults and children (no shoes or bare feet). Socks are available for sale. Indoor house slippers are permitted. Shoe covers are available for sale for adults unable to remove shoes.
• • Children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times (Kids Wonder is not a licensed daycare provider).
• • Only healthy children and adults are permitted; free of fevers, active runny noses, active coughs, vomiting or bowel issues, illnesses affecting balance, and infectious diseases.
• • No sharp objects or weapons are allowed in the facility.
• • Inflatables are restricted to children 2-6 years old. Children 10 and over, teenagers, and adults are not allowed on inflatables.
• • Proper attire includes clean socks, covered/clean diapers (if needed), shirts, and bottoms. Clothing should not have sharp buckles, clasps, sharp zippers, or strings in hoodies/pants that could endanger a child or damage inflatables.
• • Staff are present and interactive. Some team members are CPR certified for emergencies. Band-aids and cold packs are available for minor injuries.
• • Facility maintains high cleanliness standards: over 70 cleaning and sanitization tasks performed at least three times daily, including wiping high-touch points with professional-strength Lysol. Inflatables and other touch points are fogged several times a week with Hypochlorous Acid. Soft items are laundered daily.
• • Lost and found items are kept at the front desk.
• • Parents are encouraged to take pictures of their own child and tag @ilovekidswonder on social media. Intentional photography of other children without parental permission is prohibited. A waiver acknowledges the possibility of images being captured by staff on social media (names not shared without permission).
• • Strollers are not allowed inside the building; they must be left outside the door or in the car (exceptions for special needs can be discussed with a manager).
• • Backpacks and bags are preferred to be placed in cubbies. If brought into the play center, they must be kept on the body at all times to prevent children from accessing them.
• • Gifts are not opened in the play center to prevent choking hazards or damage to mats/inflatables. Gifts are collected at the front counter for guests to retrieve when leaving.
• • Goodie bags must be prearranged. No goodie bags with sharp/pointy objects, noise makers, latex balloons, or strings. Goodie bags are kept at the front desk and handed out as guests depart.
• • Face painters and balloon artists are not allowed for safety and cleanliness reasons.
• • Outside entertainers (characters, musicians, etc.) are permitted with prior Kids Wonder manager agreement. During open play parties, other children may be interested in the entertainment. Restrictions on shoes, props, and attire may be made to protect floors.
• • Knives for cutting are not allowed; team members can assist if cutting is necessary for party items.

📅Booking Policy

• • Reservations are no longer required for weekday drop-in play (unlimited play included).
• • Reservations are only required for special events and promotions.
• • Walk-in or impromptu parties are not allowed; all parties must be booked in advance.
• • Awesome and Super parties can be reserved up to 4 months in advance.
• • Small Super and Great parties can be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
• • Great Saver parties can be booked between 1 and 6 days in advance.
• • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of party reservation.
• • Party reservations include 2 hours in the play center, with 1 hour (or 75 minutes for private parties) designated at party tables.
• • Party guests must sign a waiver for admission.
• • Adults without children attending a party must know the celebrating child's name or event name for admittance and are encouraged to stay with their party.
