We were there for a birthday party. The kids (8,5, and 2.5) loved it and didn't want to leave. They had a lot to entertain them for sure. My only complaint is when it came to making sure all the kids had cake and pizza or whatever was being served, the lady was not very attentive. Maybe that's not their responsibility but I'm going based on experience at other similar locations and parties. Overrall, though it was a good experience.

For my son's 4th birthday, we chose Kidz Kastle, and it was an unforgettable experience. The private venue offered a safe, fun-filled environment with activities like a bouncy house and interactive games. The staff's dedication ensured a seamless, joyous celebration that left lasting memories for all.

We celebrated my youngest daughter’s first birthday at Kidz Kastle this past weekend and everyone had a great time—even the adults said they enjoyed the party as much or even more than the children as they were able to “express their inner child” on the inflatable slide. Highly recommend booking your party here! Jayla provided excellent customer service; I often emailed her to add or change something about the party and she was very helpful and even sent me a proof of how the backdrop would look like with the balloons I wanted. The decoration was so beautiful and everyone I invited to the party is still talking about how beautiful it was & how much fun they had. Booking your party at Kidz Kastle is definitely worth the cost—very clean, professional and communication is great—they pay close attention to detail and the custom placemats and favors are the cutest!

The venue is a private oasis of fun and safety, offering a solo trip of activities suitable for all ages, from bouncy houses, bouncy slides, rides, playgrounds, and designated play areas, each themed to spark imagination. There’s even a dance floor and a stage where the kids can sing karaoke. It’s every kid’s dream come true. But what truly sets Kidz Kastle apart is their exceptional service. They were like party-planning superheroes, working closely with me to bring my vision to life. When a minor cake hiccup arose the night before, with the cake not matching the party theme, I called the venue in a panic. Remarkably, they sprang into action, accommodating the changes to ensure that we would still have the perfect party. This level of dedication truly impressed me and speaks volumes about their commitment to making every event memorable. Kidz Kastle truly took the stress and pressure out of party planning, handling everything from decorations to cleanup with efficiency and care. All we had to do was be there on time and bring the cake. Sure, while the price may lean towards the higher end, Kidz Kastle offers packages that truly assist with budgeting. After booking the venue, you have the freedom to choose from different budget-friendly packages, putting you firmly in control of your spending. These packages include various themes for decorations and party setups, allowing you to tailor the event to your child’s preferences and make their dream party a reality. However, when considering the overall experience, including the array of activities, attentive staff, and stress-free planning, Kidz Kastle is unquestionably worth every single penny. Needless to say, we’ll be returning for future birthdays and have already started spreading the word to other school moms for private playdates. Kidz Kastle has definitely earned a permanent spot in our party-planning playbook!
