3 years agoNice, peaceful, no problem parking, and empty (no one but a couple other people were there that I saw so I had the whole place to myself really). Nice little cozy area to shore fish. Weeds weren’t bad and really pretty scenery. Had a really nice day besides not catching anything and getting sunburnt. Next time I’ll catch something and bring strong sunscreen with me too! What it really made me want was a kayak. There was some lady out there on hers and I was so jealous. She must of had an amazing view of the scenery n the water looked gorgeous to be out on a kayak. So I’m not sure about the fish but maybe I just had the wrong bait that day. I will see how my next trip out there goes and I will let you know if I have better luck. But I will definitely be back soon.

2 years agoVery beautiful blue water and a nice drive if you take Emigration Canyon. We just stopped by to take in the views. The walk back up from the reservoir is a little steep if you park in the top lot for free.

a year agoWhat a sweet little place to stop. I rode my bike up Emmigration Canyon from Salt Lake City. There is a free parking area as well as paid down by the lake.
