"We took off from the Lowry Park Boat ramp to go kayaking. It was a breeze. The water was calm, the views were amazing and the park itself was serene! It was a wonderful experience. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to locate."

"I started walking the paved walking path near Clinton St. and N. Boulevard and walked to the Lowry Park Boat Ramp. I thought there was a bit more to the walking path, but some of it was a zoo parking lot. There was a small playground, pavillions, and a couple fishing docks. They also had a stop for the water taxi. Everything was well maintained and had some shade. The total was just under 1 mile."

"Great park, especially nestled into a busy city. It flooded out during the hurricane and was serviceable later that same day. There was a manatee and her calf feeding in what was once a small creek after the water rose. Enjoy"
