Memphis Youth Musical Theater

The shows my daughter has been in a MYMT have been amazing experiences for her. The instructors are top notch and very professional. The kids learn a ton about stage presence, dance and voice. They have fun and I like the wide age range. The older kids are great role models and it gives everyone an opportunity to grow as they age. I only wish we had found them sooner.

My daughter started ballet with Mary Van Dyke when she was in preschool at Roulhac's. As soon as she was old enough to join the theater program, we transitioned from ballet to theater. Ever since she has participated in several productions a year and is about to star in her first lead role. She receives effective coaching from all of her teachers and continues to grow her craft. We are so lucky to be a part of this program.

My daughter has had the opportunity to be in several MYMT productions. She had never done any theater or singing before so we were nervous about it! But all the teachers at MYMT were so kind and encouraging that she felt at home immediately. She learned about singing, props, working as a team, and so much more! It was a wonderful experience. So thankful for Ms. Mary, Ms. Guyla, and Ms. Alyssa. You guys are doing a great job!!!

We have loved this group. Great kids and wonderful teachers. It is a wonderful place for kids to grow and learn.
