a month agoA horrible experience that ruined our evening. We saw a play about the history of Utah. The content was offensive, abrasive, and based on political emotions. For example: one of the acts was a song nonstop insulting the current governor with disgusting swear words over and over. Politics should not be included in theatre and woke emotions come off as an ignorant play. It ruined the incredible talent of all the entire cast. If you hate your state and have not one positive thing to say in a hour and a half long play, then move out of the state. We will never return and we do recommend based on how horrific our experience is. Zero class or intelligence

6 years agoWe discovered this theater while on vacation from California. The venue is small and a little run down, but they make you feel welcome and the plays are hilarious. We actually planned a second trip to Salt Lake City just to see another play. And I'm sure we'll go back again!

a year agoThe BEST!!! We loved everything about it!!! The improv was hilarious! Reminded me of the Carol Burnett show. Potter was trying to get back in his wheel chair feet first and George Bailey get asking “can I help you?” And Potter replied “No. I’m too proud”. George starts to hide his laughter as Potter tries and tries. I loved that they keep it fresh. And the gal that played Clarence the Angel was superb! I’d watch any show she was in until the day I died! She was the best!! I could go on and on! I was embarrassed a little bit being called up to the stage because we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. But it was all in good fun and was not embarrassing!

2 years agoThis place is tiny but packs a mighty punch. The seats are comfortable but the theatre is so tiny. It was like a converted movie theatre. The show we saw was cute. Very family friendly, but kids in the audience lacked control and it was slightly distracting.

6 years agoThis place was a ton o' fun. We saw HMS Pinafore with a whole bunch of us dressed as pirates. The cast was hilarious, with good acting, and great audience engagement. Even when things went wrong, it was always perfectly (and funnily) rescued.
