Overall, the experience at Play Street Museum for our birthday party was good. The staff was helpful at the beginning, assisting me in organizing everything and ensuring that the setup went smoothly. Our guests enjoyed the party and the facility, which was well-suited for the occasion. However, there were a few significant downsides that left me quite upset. The party felt rushed toward the end. The staff started cleaning up 30 minutes before the party officially ended, which disrupted the flow. To make matters worse, one staff member asked me to request my guests to leave 7 minutes before the scheduled end time. Considering the party is already limited to just 90 minutes, this felt unnecessary and rude. Additionally, while organizing my belongings, the staff packed garbage—like empty boxes and wrapping paper—into my bags, which I discovered later. Unfortunately, they also included some of the gifts I had prepared for my guests, so I didn’t get the chance to hand them out. Moreover, the extra snacks and drinks I brought were kept under their counter and not replenished when supplies ran low during the party. While the venue itself was nice and the initial support was appreciated, the way the event concluded left a sour taste. I hope they work on better time management and guest service to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Play Street for our daughters 2nd Birthday. Casey one of the owners happened to be workinging our party day and it was an absolutely perfect day. The whole experience from setup to takedown is flawless. We got to enjoy the entire day as they take care of everything. We were able to rent cake stands and buy balloons through them which saved us a trip in the morning. Thank you for a fantastic celebration for us and our guest.

Great place for a kid’s party. They have a variety of packages with varying levels of support, from “do it yourself” to “sit back and relax.” We’ve done three birthdays here and all have been a great success. This year we upgraded to the option where they do everything, and it was a huge weight off our shoulders. The party was beautifully decorated, the staff handled everything, and the kids had a blast. We’ve done 4, 5, and 6 year old birthdays here and the kids always enjoy themselves while the parents have a chance to chill and eat/drink with each other. I highly recommend Play Street Museum for your next kids party!

Biggest shout out to the staff and team at PSM lake highlands. They helped make my little ones birthday an amazing event. They even offered sensory accommodations for the attendees and were very understanding/ compassionate of what behaviors the kiddos may exhibit. I heard so many positive remarks from the parents. Thank you for making this an accepting environment for our neurodivergent families 💙
