"I like the REI products especially their online store. The rochester REI has very large space but sort of limited goods compared to the space. The organization in the store itself was also strange with no clear aisles and markings."

"Always a great experience and nothing but positive things to say about this location. Exchange and return policy is always upheld. Store is organized, clean, and staff are present and helpful. Shout out to Katrina for helping to return my hat that I left there last week when I stopped in to buy climbing gear! They shipped it to me and saved me a 45 minute drive each way!"
