Customer service is number one. They knew exactly how to read the water and keep everyone laughing. If you’re looking for a family-friendly adventure or a spicy trip down the lower on the river, this is it. You will want to do it again. Ask me how I know."

"I had a great experience with RVA Paddlesports. Our boat leader, Dylan, was awesome and my roommate and I had a great time seeing the James River via white water rafting. The leaders also made a point of pointing out Richmond history — something they did not have to do, but did nonetheless — and I commend them greatly for that. Overall 10/10 experience"

"My sister and I did the lower James Whitewater Rafting trip today and had the BEST time! Emily was our tour guide and she was very professional and kept us safe while keeping things super fun! She also told us about the history of parts of Richmond as we passed by. They also have a photographer who takes photos that you can purchase for a very reasonable price! I would totally go again in the future!"
