a month agoThe first haircut package is very cute if you want to make a "big deal" of the occasion. My daughter felt like such a princess with a hairwash, blowdry, haircut, and "princess braid" complete with butterfly clips. They also painted her nails, gave her a balloon, lollipop, an certificate with a photo and lock of hair. The 2 staff I interacted with were nice enough, although they seemed very short staffed for how busy they were. The front desk girl doing my daughter's nails basically had to stop between each nail to help another customer or answer the phone, it was nuts. I had to minus some stars for a few reasons: Cleanliness was pretty low and in some places, worrisome. The towel at the nail station had clearly not been changed between many clients, the cars badly needed a wipedown, and there was clutter and stuff all over the place. I'm pretty sure they gave us the wrong lock of hair (the one they gave us has a curl, my girl's hair is stick straight). The decor and wall art installations are a bit worse for wear adding to the sense of it being run down. While the nail service is a nice addition, I wish they used kid-friendly polish (they just had a mix of random brands like OP and NYX in odd colors) and am not sure why they used a UV nail lamp on regular polish, seemed unnecessary and even harmful for delicate little hands. Overall, they offer a great service for a decent price, but could do with a deep clean and meaningful look at the health and safety of their products.

3 weeks agoWe love our stylist she is fast and is very good with our 20 month old. However the woman at the front desk could work on her customer service skills.

7 months agoI brought my daughter here for a cut and it was a great experience. The stylists made her feel welcome and not nervous. Berry did a beautiful job on her hair and was very patient. We'll be back for sure!

8 months agoWorst experience ever ! I drove 40 miles to this place thinking that they would be patient with my daughter but that was the complete opposite. We got there and everything was going okay. The girl at the front desk was actually nice and friendly. When it was my daughter’s turn for her haircut she got really nervous and scared so she had a bit of a meltdown. The lady(Linda ) that was supposed to cut her hair didn’t even try to encourage her. On the contrary she said to my daughter twice “ ohhh no you’re not supposed to scream like that”. This really upset me because that isn’t the way to calm a kid down. She didn’t even take into consideration that maybe my daughter could be a special needs child. Which is our case . Then I proceeded to calm my daughter and when I look up she had already taken in another kid. We were there for maybe 5-8 minutes. So if you have a special needs child or simply a child who’s afraid of getting a haircut I would completely avoid this place as they have no patience. They will rush you out the door so they could attend to what seems to be their regulars !

a year agoIf you have a child with anxiety and or other things, this I would say has be one of the best places along with the certificate, ballon, friendly atmosphere for children. Worth the price ! I would say the person who cut my daughter’s hair listened to me intently, made sure she understood what my daughter wanted for her new hairstyle. She talked nice enough to my daughter keeping the experience light hearted and anxiety free for her. I’m glad I found this place. Nice bonus is the ice cream shop (baskin robins) next door
