"The first haircut package is very cute if you want to make a "big deal" of the occasion. My daughter felt like such a princess with a hairwash, blowdry, haircut, and "princess braid" complete with butterfly clips. They also painted her nails, gave her a balloon, lollipop, an certificate with a photo and lock of hair. The 2 staff I interacted with were nice enough, although they seemed very short staffed for how busy they were.
