5 months agoWe arrived early in the day and the kids had a blast. We left for lunch and returned. There were so many kids and adults there it was a challenge to find places to explore. Overall it was clean and the staff were very efficient.

a year agoGreat friendly staff members 👏 👍 It will be best if you pay more attention to playing kids considering their safety. I have noticed some near missed colliding events while jumping top of the jumping area to Trampoline. Staff need to tell kids to stay apart from each other for a safe and enjoyable experience.

3 months agomy daughter has a birthday party here this weekend on 1/11. check in and payment for the party was easy. but the kids working didn't tell us anything. we had to ask about the cart to put gifts on. we had to ask about the party room. the party room wasn't set up nicely in my opinion for what i paid. they forgot food we paid for.i tried to go find ANYONE who worked there to ask questions and couldn't. the kids in my family including my daughter had fun which is the main takeaway here, but for a 420$ party plus extra for another pizza and pop, it wasn't terribly worth it due to the lack of service from teenagers running the place in my opinion. i think if your looking to come here for the day or a bad weather day it would be great but i was not impressed with the party aspect of this place.

10 months agoThe park is quite small compared to any other location. Paid full admission plus socks only to have like half the park out of service. There is no warning or discount they offer for having so many attractions out of service. Section for 6 and under had older kids playing aggressively with no staff to monitor. This business should be shutdown for how misleading and misrepresented it is. Do not go.

5 months agoOverall the kids had fun at the birthday party. Lots of things to do for kids of all ages. The staff was very attentive. They had 1 dedicated staff member for each party. I liked the fact that they reserved Sunday mornings for smaller children. The pizza was surprisingly good as well.
