"We went in to sky zone for a birthday party at the maple grove location and upon our arrival we were greeted by staff members and was told our party host would be right with us. Once our party host came she brought us to the party room and from there it was all good vibes. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The park was very clean and the food so yummy. To be honest I was expecting the food to be good but the it differently exceeded my expectations 10/10!!!! The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. "Took my kids there on Easter Day didn’t know they have a free jump day until we got there. Mei the manager was so awesome she made my kids day for letting us in with our membership and their buddies since it was not as pack as they expected. It was a great Easter Sunday for us and my kids had a great time. Thank you to Mei for making it possible for us that Sunday. She is awesome!"

"Sky zone really messed up when they schedule my room for my daughter's party. Instead of 16 kids. They did 15 and instead 1:30 to 3:30 they booked us for 2:00pm to 4pm. They didn't disclose that you have to jump for the 1st hour and the second hour you do the cake but you don't have access to the room until after the jumping. Because someone else can be using it.. They had this God awful Bright orange and Blue theme which I thought it would be too bad but for a little girls birthday party. It looks like a place to do sport betting.
