"Have a good selection but the customer service is not there. The best years for the store were 2016-2019 after then the store went downhill. The gun/ammo desk is a nightmare and only one person that works the counter seems halfway competent, which is the asian guy that works the gun counter. The fishing department is a nightmare and good luck getting help. The clothing department is super expensive and they don't carry that many sizes. Atleast the reloading section is decent."

"AWFUL customer service… literally ignore you if you are the gun counter. AND it does NOT take 90 minutes to do a DROS on a gun, Checked in and waited for about 30 minutes and all but ignored. I asked someone how long and why is it taking so long for someone to pick up a gun… They said each customer is about 90 minutes which is complete BS, I left and went to another shop and was in and out in 20 min tops. Hire more people, you have great prices but my time is far more valuable than what you guys are charging to watch a counter person baby sit someone as they take a fire arms test, or exchange"
