This place has a pretty decent selection of firearms and ammunition. The only gripe I have is the rather long wait times for any firearm type transaction. I suggest you make an appointment prior to visiting to speed things up and not have to wait too long.

This was the first time I had ever been to this store. In a word, impressive! It is located in Lone Tree Plaza. I needed a snack and by the cashier are loads of snacks. I purchased an original beef snack, no fillers, just meat & spices. 😋 My hubby after a jacket (birders). Lots of Carhart products which I am a fan of. He did find what he was looking from Rustic Ridge. We were also interested in a lighter spotting scope. The tripods were on sale. I am still thinking 🤔 about parting with our money. If you have never been this is the place for 🎣, hunting, clothing, an DIY projects. I should have taken more pictures. And, Brentwood prices very 👍. They also have a rewards program, but do not know much about that.

Slow. Painfully Slow at the guns department. And way too annoying in the way they do their job. Also, there are so many of them there, maybe 6, or 7 , but never more than 3 upfront. Lines are hours long. We speak at least in my case both times it was 3-4 hours wait to accomplish anything. They are kind, courteous and professional. Helpful, too. But boy on their own pace for sure. Pricing is confusing and not consistent. There were days they were definitely significantly more expensive than the competition and then there are days when they have the lowest prices anywhere including comparing to online. Many guns are not available in the store. They will instruct you to buy from their online shop and ship it to the store. Well, that pleasure is $79.99. In my opinion that is not OK. Customer should never be paying, because you're not stocked. Inventory online is not updated accordingly. It will let you place a gun in the cart, take you to checkout, and then refuse the transaction saying the item is not in stock. Same with inventory in stores. Doesn't match what you see online. I actually ended up buying my gun elsewhere. This was all just too much. Overall, clean, nice store with knowledgeable employees, but not exactly motivated, while inventory is a pure lottery.

I've had to edit my rating, the reason is based on my past 12months. When purchasing weapons they are friendly and fast after that they could care less about you. I've waited in line to pick up ammo for 45min, the store clerk was talking to a customer about potentially buying a handgun for 20min then started talking to his GF/wife about how nice she looked for 15min! Then last 10min about them moving out here from Texas. They may have 3 guys at the counter but it's just a slow painful process to endure, don't go there unless you have a min of 4hours to waste. Buying my ammo from local gunsmiths or Bass Pro shop from now on. This place just isn't Worth the wait.

The manager at the gun counter was rather confrontational and seemed to want to escalate things for no reason. I also had to wait 40min when I had an appointment, they even helped walk-ins that arrived after me before they helped me. I thought that was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
