"Very nice camp sites with picnic table, free firewood, trash can. Pretty scenery as most sites are on the water’s edge. As a woman camping alone, I felt safe as the property entrances are locked 24/7. Watch out for ticks though! They are numerous. Only one negative comment: the campground map shows bathrooms which weren’t there."

"Great experience kayaking the Robertson Pond reserve through this company. Easily booked our reservations online. Showed up on time (a little early actually). We each had our own kayak (didn't tandem). Beautiful scenery - easy to follow route with the numbered buoys. Definitely recommend and will definitely do again next time i'm in Raleigh."

"Tar River made our adventure on the Robertson Millpond easy. We booked a reservation on line and were able to get in and out of the water without getting wet. I hope to book with them again in the future."
