"Today was my first time Rock climbing. I took my father who has dementia and the staff Nathan and Arianna were so sweet!! They were patient and explained everything clearly and carefully and made us feel so comfortable. My dad said he can't wait to go back. I wish I had cash I would have tipped them and absurd amount. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. You both make such a difference!"

"Great time here at the Rock Club. Purchased a Groupon and decided to visit on a Friday morning. Called ahead and the front desk staff were very quick in getting back to me to confirm that a belayer was available at that time. They also confirmed the Groupon over the phone. I went ahead and completed the required waiver forms online prior to our visit. Adequate parking was available at that time. The Rock Club (downstairs) shares its space with a with a tennis club, so make sure you follow the ramp down toward the Rock Club entrance and NOT the stairs whih leads to the tennis club.
