Good pool but need some improvements. Locker room floors are slippery when wet, shower them self full of moths and flies. Trying to find warm water can be challenging itself as the water nobs are hard to figure out which one at to turn. As for pool itself there are three pools and one is designated for kids play are yet people bring their infants to adult pool which is a problem itself as of you want to swim now you sharing or waiting for only two lanes to open up. Honestly the park should eliminate the playground or one parking lot and build extension so they one pool can be dedicated to swimmers only. If you want to swim ideally you'll come during open swim but evan than it can be challenging as only two lanes are open for swim as the rest is used for swimming classes. There is simply to many people and not enough room .last but not least mans locker room has three hair dryers however only one is usable as it's at head level the other two are way to high for the air to reach your head unless you are 7 feet tall

Amazing experience at Water Works Indoor Park! This indoor oasis has it all: • 2 thrilling water slides for all ages • 2 kid-friendly water slides • 3 diverse pools • Relaxing hot tub sauna My son had a splashing good time! Clean facilities, perfect for families. Unbeatable value: only $14 for non-residents! Bonus: open year-round, till 5 pm, making it a perfect winter escape!

Went during the Friday of spring break. The facility is nice and there are a variety of pool options. The biggest complaint is the number of people that were let in. We arrived at 1 and Water Works opened at 12. It was packed. Having so many kids swimming where kids are diving over each other in the wave pool is not safe. I kept my eyes on my kids the whole time. It was really hard to keep track of them due to the overcrowded pool. Ended up getting a snack and sat outside to avoid the crowd and decided to leave early. There should be a max capacity number posted and it should be way less than the number at the pool today. Lifeguards and parents can't protect their kids if it's too crowded. I felt like an accident could have happened at any moment. I'm a mom of 4 and have been to lots of pools...never as crowded as today. **Thanks for the reply. I did notice that entry was restricted at a certain point. However, the number of kids that were in during max capacity were too many. My kids are older and it was still troubling to me. Small kids were diving over each other in the wave pool almost hurting the kids ahead of them. In the big pool, some kids were jumping in almost on top of others. It was too much. I've been to the pool before and have had a better experience. Maybe lower the number on those crowded days or have a staggered time slot with beginning and ending times. The life guards were doing their best but only so much you can do when there is a big crowd.

The pool area was nice. A good variety for smaller and bigger kids. It was very crowded in my opinion. So many patrons were not listening to the lifeguards and that caused some safety issues (ex- people not moving after getting off the slide and the next person would crash into them). I feel like those that don’t listen to the lifeguards should be kicked out. The family locker room was disgusting. We got there about 45 minutes after open and it was smelly and filthy. I think someone needs to be regularly going in there to check the cleanliness.

It was a pretty nice place to go swimming while visiting the area. The only issue I had was they only gave everyone 30 minutes to be changed after the pool closed and then stated to the entire changing room that if you weren't done in time then they would be kicking you out and to not try em. I felt that was very inappropriate, and if there seems to be a time issue with people getting out in time, then adjust closing time of the pool and locker rooms to accommodate the community you are there for.
