The Yak Shak

Unfortunately Allen was unable to obtain the FeelFree kayaks I ordered from him 14 June 2024. In Allen's defence I found that FeelFree kayak had cut off small dealerships in the area. One of those dealers recommended that I order direct. I did and received my kayaks last week. There was a problem with one of the seats being dirty and having a small crack in the sonar pod. Paul at FeefFree sent a new seat cover and sonar pod. A testament to the good reviews I have read of their customer service.

I went to The Yak Shack today to ask some questions and see some models of kayaks. Allen and his 2 employees made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, and helped me decide which kayak to purchase. You can tell Allen is very passionate about his field, and he expresses genuine excitement in getting his customers what they are looking for. I highly reccomend coming to see Allen and his guys if you are looking for a kayak, or anything to do with the sport.

It started out needing scupper plugs. Now I waiting on my kayak. Guys are super nice and are willing to help any way they can. Glad that they are in Pelham and now a life long customer. Update, after I picked it up. It appears that I wasn't done with it. Got the peddle drive for it as well. These guys have everything you need. So stop on by chat ,ask questions and you too might be a new member of the family growing at the yak-shak.

We loved our experience with The Yak Shak, even if you have to wait a while for your kayaks it will be totally worth it and they will keep you updated along the way. Alan and his wife were super helpful and knowledgeable!
