The facility is consistently praised for its cleanliness.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Consider a membership if you plan to visit frequently, as it's considered 'totally worth it'.
  • Double-check your online ticket purchases carefully, especially if buying for multiple locations, as they are separately owned and can complicate refunds.
  • Be prepared for potential crowds and varied age groups sharing active zones.
  • Parents are encouraged to supervise their own children, especially in crowded areas like the ball pit, to ensure a positive experience for all.

Things to Consider

  • Can experience high crowd levels, leading to 'too many kids' in active zones like trampolines and ball pits.
  • Ball pit areas can become a mix of age groups, with unsupervised babies potentially hindering older children's play.
  • Website glitches reported during online ticket purchase.
  • Some parents of younger children may not supervise their kids closely in shared areas.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Can experience high crowd levels, particularly with diverse age groups mixing in popular activity zones like the ball pit and trampolines, leading to some feeling there are 'too many kids'.
  • Conversely, the facility size is described as 'manageable', making it easier for parents to track kids compared to larger locations, suggesting that while busy, it might not feel overwhelmingly vast.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Staff are present to monitor activities and enforce rules (e.g., preventing 'rowdy' children from pushing others).
  • Rules are explicitly stated as being 'in place to keep others safe'.
  • Staff actively intervenes to help children navigate challenges safely (e.g., helping with ropes course).

When to Avoid

  • If you are highly sensitive to crowded environments with mixed age groups.

I made a mistake and ordered tickets online at this location AND the Littleton location for the same day and time. The team here explained I'd have to buy tickets for this facility and fill out an online form to request a refund for the tickets I bought for Littleton aince they are separately owned. I was a bit frustrated after spending too long the day before buying tickets due to their website repeatedly kicking me out. This team took over; Mo called the other facility, and they took care of the refund for me on their own, and all three of the team members who helped us were positive, friendly, and proactive to help solve our issue. We are impressed! We also love this facility because the size is manageable; we can keep track of our kids much easier than the larger locations. There are plenty of places for parents to rest here while the kids bounce their energy out. The entire facility is clean and tidy, and the food counter staff were also friendly and quick. Bring your kkds here! You'll all be treated very well by the staff.

It’s okay, I went there for my friend’s birthday party. The thing is there were too much kids in my way and the workers were a little bit strict. This is where I got a little bit pissed, so there’s this ball pit with ring swings where ur supposed to monkey swing across the pit not hog it. And I went the second time, I found little babies hanging out in the ball pit and were in my way. I told their parents to move their babies out of my way but didn’t care. Then I went on the trampolines and kids got in my way, I accidentally hit a kid and he started crying. I told him that I was sorry, didn’t mean to hit him, and if he was okay. Then his parents came to me pissed and explained that it was an accident. After that I started complaining that there’s too much kids in my way and asked them nicely if they didn’t get too close into my way and just ignored me which pissed me off. I also understand that they’re just kids and don’t know better. Overall this place is very fun and cool. Just too much kids.

WOW. This place is fantastic! We were here for a military event and all of the staff was so friendly and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Mo is outstanding - really made a difference. Even on crutches, the guy went WAY out of his way to support all of the families. The place is super clean, the kids had a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

We are members to this urban air. my daughter loves this place. Staff are friendly and helpful , pizza is good, membership is totally worth it. The bumper cars and twist tower are super fun. I was able to teach my daughter how to do monkey bars and the basics of rock climbing coming here.

I was scared to attend this place as it has many bad reviews. Let me just say this was by far the most fun experience my daughter had. As you can see in the first picture my daughter wanted to use this skateboard on the ropes and she was scared and didn’t know how to use it. The employee walked over and helped her out by teaching her how to use it. He also made sure that other rowdy uncontrolled children around her didn’t push her. Obviously this is why rules are in place to keep others safe! Loved the teen who helped my daughter out! There are lots of seating places you can choose from. There are private rooms for party events which I loved since most places don’t offer that. Loved that it was a very friendly place with staff! Would definitely Recommend unless you have children who don’t follow rules then don’t go!!!!
