"We love this place and wish we had discovered it sooner. Their monthly membership is amazing. It is such an affordable price for endless play. They have something for everyone. Both my 9 year old and my 4 year old love it here. They have so much seating. Their cafe actually has a variety of snacks, drinks, and hot food and the prices aren’t bad for a place like this. Pretty sure it’s better prices for food than Chuck E. Cheese. "After taking the family to this lovely place they were extremely satisfied as was I. They had the perfect greeters in the front and were greeted with a smile. All the rides were functional which is a big deal after going to several indoor play places we found that the attractions are either not working or they are short staffed. I would definitely recommend Urban air. They only con for the place is the food as is all others like it. Pizza tasted burnt and with the exclusion of outside food we are very limited to our options and with no refills it can get crazy expensive buying drinks. So"

"(Sunday, February 2, 2025) It was my first time booking a party event for my daughter at a trampoline park. My daughter had the best birthday ever, and it was all thanks to our party host, Graycie. She went above and beyond for our guests. I was a bit worried on how I would handle 16 kids and their parents. But Graycie took such a big weight off my shoulders.
