• • Life-threatening emergencies: Staff will immediately call 911, administer First Aid & CPR, and notify parents/emergency contact as quickly as possible. A staff member will accompany child to hospital if needed.
• • Minor emergencies/injuries: Staff trained in First Aid & CPR will administer care and contact parents if additional care is needed.
• • Minor injuries not requiring immediate notification: A written report will be provided at pick-up.

📅Booking Policy

• • Registration for 2025 spring and summer sessions opens January 15th at 10am.
• • Wildwood Ranch utilizes Ultracamp for registration needs.
• • New camp families may create a family profile in advance.
• • Instructions for creating a new Ultracamp account: 1. Click 'New User' (primary contact). 2. 'Add person' for secondary adult (optional, can be CC'ed). 3. 'Add person' for each camper. 4. Click 'register' for a camper.

🚗Parking Information

• • Driveway is between white vinyl fenced fields and a row of mailboxes, just West of the “All Pets go to Heaven” sign.
• • Driveway is shared with neighbors and not quite two lanes wide; drive slow and pass with care.
• • Drive up along the white fencing and turn right into the loop driveway with the 'enter' sign.
• • Parking spots are available at the top of the loop and continuing down the other side.
• • Drop off and pick up occur in the loop driveway. Stay in your car and pull forward to the pillars.
• • For initial setup or if needing additional time, park and walk campers to the pillars/check-in table inside the gate.
• • Parents must update authorized pickup lists; campers will not be released to unauthorized individuals.
